چکیده
A project of an X-ray monochromator for the "SKIF" synchrotron based on two flat mirrors with multilayer reflective coatings is reported. The concept absence precision mechanical systems and feedthroughs in vacuum, which significantly reduces mirror surface contamination increases scanning accuracy. In addition, overall structure device greatly simplified this way, turn leads to a significant reduction total cost labor manufacturing. grazing angle incidence radiation process by photon energy varies within 0.5-1.3 o . length 120 mm, assumed size input beam 1x1 mm 2 wide operating range, 8-36 keV, achieved through use 3 strip-mirrors different chemical composition, namely: Mo/B4C, W/B4C Cr/Be. article presents optical scheme, expected reflection coefficients spectral selectivity monochromator, results calculation thermally induced deformations corresponding slope errors first mirror.
